We had over 50 entries in our inaugural Lego Masters Competition. The theme was animal kingdom, we received many creative and original design entries  ranging from fantasy animals to zoo designs.  

The judges had a very hard time choosing winners and were looking for creativity and story telling. In the K-2 section judges were impressed by the work of Murphy in Prep S, Sahana in Prep SJ and Hudson in 2P.

However the judges could only pick one winner and would like to announce that the Lego Master for K-2 is William in Prep S for his incredible chameleon.

The grade 3-6 section showed a high level creativity. Judges were impressed with the work of Emma in 5H, Ebony in 3W and a number of the group entries. Judges decided to split first prize between two equally creative entries that both told similar a similar story. Congratulations to the Lego Masters for grade 3-6 Bailey and Nash from Grade 4.

Our final prize is awarded to the creation that received the most votes. This is the people’s choice category. It was very close for 2^nd and 3^rd but there was just one clear winner. The people’s choice for LEGO master 2019 with a massive 54 votes is Josh & William from Grade 5 with their amazing Bald Eagle.
