In 5/6C we have been learning about adaptations in Science. We drew chameleons because they adapt to their environment by changing their colour.

In English we have been learning how to engage readers with our writing. We learnt how to use adverbs and adjectives to make our writing more interesting. We also learnt that you only have a few seconds to attract the reader’s attention and encourage them to keep writing so we have been making the beginning of our writing better to hook the reader in.
