2A & 2B
In 2A we have been learning how to write cinquain poems. A cinquain poem has five lines. The first line consists of one word which is the title of the poem. The second line consists of two adjectives that describe the title. The third line consists of three action words. The fourth line is a phrase, and the final line is a synonym of the title

In 2B we have been experimenting with different forms of poetry. We read the book ‘The Bowerbird Blues’ during National Simultaneous Storytime. We discussed what the bowerbird collected and added some ideas of our own. Then we created some descriptive poems.
