UTAS Pre-Service Teachers visit 3F and 3W at Burnie Primary School

On Tuesday, 24^th September, 2019, 21 teachers  from UTAS visited our classes and the makerspace.  Mr Woodard welcomed to the teachers to our school and they were very excited to be here and working with ‘real’ students.

They had each prepared some learning around native animals – their habitats, and the food chains they were part of.

Some people used powerpoint presentations, some students used Scootle programs, others had games and colouring in activities for us to do.  We also had a go at naming an Aussie Native Animal for each letter of the alphabet.  This was really hard to do!!

We had an awesome time, and we hope that we get the chance to work with them again.
