On Saturday 24th November 9 Grade 6 girls competed in the Todd Rogers Netball Carnival representing Burnie Primary School in Penguin. The players in the team were Mackenzie Muir, Lottee Rolls, Georgie McGregor, Ellie Sushames, Taya Munday, Kinley Booth, Briana Ross, Cailin KIng and Isobel Cunningham.

Our first game was against Cooee, the score was 21 - 3, we won!

The next game we played was against Ridgley, we won this 21- 0, we next played Stella Maris and won 21-3 and we also won against Boat Harbour 22 -2. In the Grand Final we played Stella Maris again and we won 28 - 5. We won a medal.

We would like to thank our parents for taking us to the Carnival, Lyn Buckingham for coaching our team and Edgar Varney for supporting our team throughout the day.
