As part of our inquiry ‘Learning from the past to create preferred futures,’ we have been investigating our Burnie Primary School Logo. As part of this, we invite our Burnie Primary School community to take a photo of any image, text or reference to the Emu in and around Burnie and email it to Mr Starick. There are plenty of emus hiding in and around Burnie. Let's see how many we can find! The ‘Find an Emu’ activity will run over the school holidays until Friday 24 October.
